PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE AGREEMENT OF THE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT FORMS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND EMAC MANAGEMENT. BY ELECTRONICALLY ACCEPTING THESE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT, THE PERSON ACCEPTING THESE RULES REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HE OR SHE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THE PERSON OR PARTY ENTERING INTO THIS COMPETITION.

Who Qualifies? Eligibility

If you are thinking about becoming a student, or going for retraining, or just learning a new skill anywhere in the world, you qualify.

If you are currently enrolled in a college as a student anywhere in the world, you qualify.

If you are planning to return to college as a student anywhere in the world to retrain yourself, add an MBA, Doctorate, etc., you qualify.

If you want to help your kids, or siblings, or your best friend, or your parents with any type of education now or in the future, that’s right, you qualify.

This is a great way to raise funds for any organization or individual to help out those needing financial assistance to get a little ahead in today’s life, or to just stabilize their current efforts.

You must be at least 18 years of age or older, be able to provide proof of your age prior to any financial payout from EMAC Scholarship. Accurate contact information must be provided in order to receive any payouts.

OFFICIAL RULES OF ENGAGEMENT FOR “THE CONNECTIONS SCHOLARSHIP COMPETITION” 

The EMAC scholarship prizes are provided by EMAC Advisory Corp (EMAC)(Sponsor), to be granted to the Connections Scholarship Competition winners as determined by the electronic counting management systems developed and created by EMAC Advisory Corp’s contracted programmers. The contest and rules presented below are prepared in good faith. A process that includes the self registration by qualified competitors, for the creation of S-Teams with the assign by the EMAC electronic counting management systems of the S-Teams Identification number to be used for the counting process. All decisions of the EMAC management on the process and award of the cash scholarship prizes are final.

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Connections Scholarship Competition ("Contest") is open to all qualified individuals around the world, in every country offering additional education programs or higher educations of any kind. If you have ever thought that you someday might be able to increase your skill levels or you just wanted to learn more about anything, then here is your opportunity.

 

1. ENTRY: Competition officially begins September 15, 2009 and ends March 15, 2010. There is one method of competition entry: ONLINE at www.EMACscholarship.com . Registration must be submitted on-line and received prior to the end date of the competition, March 15, 2010.

 

Each field of registration must be completed in full for the competitions entry and participation. Individuals and S-Team registers’ are made up of 1 to 5 qualified individuals per S-Team.

 

Credentials of age verification and contact info from each registered individual of the Competition must be presented by each individual on each S-Team at the end of the Competition. If they do not or cannot, the S-Team will risk disqualification and/or non-payment of earned funds.

 

Registrations will not be approved if it is incomplete. Completion of requested information is essential to ensure the S-Teams continuing eligibility.  

 

 

2. PRIZES FROM REFERRAL LISTINGS: The S-Team's goal is to successfully accomplish legitimate Business Needs Listings (Listing(s)) within the BC-OnDemand.com Platform. The top 3 S-Teams responsible for the most (by the numbers) referrals of qualified Business Needs Listings will WIN the minimum cash amount of either $20,000 for 1st Place, $10,000 for 2nd Place or $5,000 for 3rd Place. Total minimum value of prizes offered: $35,000. Prize must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable.

 

CASH REFERRAL PAYOUTS: The Business Needs individuals or companies will pay $10.00 to post their Listings within the BC-OnDemand.com Platform when they supply a valid S-Team I.D. Number. As long as a Business Needs Listing registration includes one of the S-Teams I.D. Numbers, there are no additional charges applied by BC-OnDemand.com for the Listing until after March 15, 2010, at which time all Listings will have the option of staying, or going depending on the results they experience over that time period.

 

50% of the $10.00 fee or $5.00 will be paid for every Business Needs Listing in which the S-Teams refer will be credited to that S-Team. For all S-Team’s who refer at least 5 new qualified Business Needs Listings during the Competition they will be awarded and rewarded for all of their referral work on April 12, 2010 along with the 3 Top Prize Winning Student Teams.  

 

For all S-Team’s who refer 40 or more new qualified Business Needs Listings within a 30 day period they will be sent a check for their Listing referrals work within an additional 30 day period prior to the end of the competition on March 15, 2010. This process could be accomplished multiple times during the competition.

 

Even though S-Team’s may be paid for their 40 or more referrals of Listings in a 30 day period, those referrals will still count in the overall Competition for the 3 Top Cash Prizes.

 

3. WINNERS SELECTION: At the end of the competition, March 15, 2010, the S-Teams with the greatest number of referrals electronically logged by the electronic counting management systems developed and created by EMAC Advisory Corp’s contracted programmers. All S-Team referral results will be reviewed, counted a second time, the electronic counting management system has a secondary logging data base built for manual counting accuracy, and examined for the quality of the Business Needs Listings and certified by EMAC Management. This reviewing process will continue until April 12, 2010 at which time the 3 winning S-Teams will be posted on the www.EMACScholarship.com Website.  Only three (3) Cash Scholarship Prizes will be awarded. The decision of the EMAC Management is final. In the event that a S-Team is disqualified, EMAC Management will have the right to select another S-Team whose referrals have been reviewed, counted, and certified by EMAC Management as the next Cash Scholarship Prize Winner by the number of referrals logged. The potential Prize Winners are subject to all eligibility verification and compliance with these official rules.

 

EMAC and each of their respective companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotions agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders (collectively, "Releases") are not responsible for inaccurate, forged, incomplete, stolen, lost, illegible, mutilated, tampered with, misdirected, delayed or late entries; each of which will be disqualified. Releases and any Internet access or service providers are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof, inability to access Web sites, or damage to a user's computer system (hardware or software) due to participation in this Competition. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

 

4. WINNERS: Disqualification of a winner and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following:

 

(1) Failure of a potential Cash Scholarship Prize Finalist to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within seven days from the date of receipt, at the end of the Competition, of the documents;

 

(2) The return of any notification from EMAC Management as undeliverable;

 

(3) Any other non-compliance with these official rules.

 

5. ELIGIBILITY: EMAC Management or affiliated organizations; or the advertising, promotional or fulfillment agencies of any of them, and members of their immediate household families are not eligible to enter the Connections Scholarship Competition. All entries become the property of EMAC.

 

By entering this competition, all individual entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and consent to the use of their name, city and state of residence, likeness and/or photograph for promotional purposes online and off-line, including public appearances, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

 

If EMAC Management determines, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the contest or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the contest or if any non-compliance with the rules has occurred, the judges reserve the right to disqualify the entire S-Team at issue and/or terminate the competition entirely.

 

Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this competition is unlawful and subject to legal action by EMAC Management and/or its agents.

 

EMAC Management reserves the right to amend competition rules or change competition rules at any time without notice in efforts of improving the success of the competition.

6. THE ONLINE RULES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION:

The S-Team's goal is to successfully accomplish legitimate Business Needs Listings posted and hosted within the BC-OnDemand.com Platform under any category and sub-category available; it must be a full and complete Listing which is approved by the administrative staff of BC-OnDemand.com. The top 3 S-Teams responsible for the most qualified Business Needs Listings will win in the order of the most qualified referrals delivered, posted and hosted in BC-OnDemand.com.

UCE: You cannot send Unsolicited Commercial Email (i.e., SPAM) containing, concerning or related to the promotion of your S-Team and its Identity Number (ID).

Fraud: You may not, under any circumstances, fraudulently add leads or clicks or inflate leads, by fraudulent traffic generation (including without limitation pre-population of forms or through mechanisms not approved by EMAC Management, as determined by EMAC Management in its sole discretion. YOU HEREBY AGREE (A) TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS AND OTHER RECORDS AND (B) TO ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, POLICIES AND RECORDS OF TRANSACTIONS INITIATED OR COMPLETED THROUGH THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY EMAC MANAGEMENT. Further, you hereby waive any rights or requirements under any statutes, regulations, rules, ordinances or other laws in any jurisdiction which require an original signature or delivery or retention of non-electronic records.
